Free Home Inspections, Free New Jersey home inspection report, Free home inspection reportsFree home inspections are offered FREE to home buyers in New Jersey by NJ home inspectors, who meet these criteria (death or disablity must have occured after September 10, 2001): 1. Surviving spouse of any armed service member or any peace officer or fireman killed in the line of duty. 2. Retired armed service member with honorable discharge permanently disabled (physical or mental)in the line of duty. 3. Retired peace officer or fireman with honorable discharge permanently disabled (physical or mental) in the line of duty. 4. Active armed service member or any peace officer or fireman substantially disabled (physical or mental) in the line of duty who is actively receiving disability pay. Free home inspection reports are available to those who fax written documentation of their loss or disability to Accurate Inspections, Inc. Att: Michael Del Greco to our fax number 973-812-6342 not less than 48 hours prior to the desired home inspection and within 12 hours of scheduling the inspection. Documentation methods include official papers from a Government agency, news paper articles or medical records. In appreciation for the women and men who protect our country, our families and our freedom Accurate Inspections, Inc. (subject to conditions) will provide free home inspections. Michael Del Greco will review your request and use his judgment to grant or not grant the free home inspection, his decision will be final. Discounts may be offered if not free. The free home inspection does not apply to additional services such as radon measurement or termite inspection. Free home inspections are only offered within our main service area (Bergen, Morris, and Passaic County). If you desire a free home inspection outside those areas you may fax written documentation of your loss or disability to Accurate Inspections, Inc. Discounted home inspections are also available to all active military personal and active peace officers upon request. Those who desire discounted home inspection fees are requested to fax their written request to 973-812-6342 and to provide official proof of their service to the inspector during the home inspection.
