The condo was small and we could hear the entire inspection. To be honest, as a home seller you instinctively become defensive as details of your home become apparent that you never knew existed. Mike Del Greco’s detailed explanations to the buyer were too educated for us to present any argument whatsoever. So when the time came for us to repair the issues requested by our buyer, we took the responsibility as a home owner should. Many months had passed since our sale and we were now interested in looking for a new home. We needed to decide on an inspector. We decided to choose Accurate Inspections, Inc.
